Wholetones Liquidation Sale Return Policy

At Wholetones, your satisfaction has always been our priority. As we transition to a streaming-only model and liquidate our physical inventory, we’re updating our return policy to reflect this final sale period. Please note: All purchases made during our liquidation sale are considered final, with limited exceptions outlined below.

Key Updates:

  • No Returns on Non-Defective Items: Due to the nature of our liquidation sale, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for non-defective products. All sales are final unless the item has a functional defect.
  • 30-Day Warranty for Functional Defects: We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery for items with functional defects (e.g., a CD that won’t play or a speaker that doesn’t work). Cosmetic issues (e.g., scratches, dents, or packaging wear) do not qualify as defects under this policy. If your product arrives with a functional defect, we’ll work with you to make it right.
  • No Restocking Fees: For eligible defective returns, no restocking fees apply. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer unless the defect is due to our error.

How to Request a Refund for Functional Defects:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Returns Department at support@wholetones.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a brief description of the functional defect (photos or video may help verify).
  2. Return Notification: We require notification of your intent to return to expedite processing. Upon approval, we’ll provide the return address and authorization for shipping.

Refund Details:

  • Refunds for functionally defective items will cover the product purchase price only (less original shipping and handling).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method if processed within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, refunds will be issued via US check (to a US billing address on file) or PayPal (to the email address on file).
  • For orders outside the US and Canada, refunds may be processed via PayPal only.
